A new and exclusive programme designed specifically for Chairs, with three aims in mind - all of which are pivotal in the ever changing and dynamic health service intended to:

  • support in developing personal effectiveness as a Chair 
  • help Chairs lead both the Trust Board and Council of Governors to higher levels of board performance
  • help Chairs achieve even greater effectiveness for your Trust and a stronger health economy as a whole.
     

The Academy will enable you to engage deeply with peers and experts, across the range of challenges in the rapidly moving landscape of health and social care. It will help you to be more confident in setting your priorities and understanding your most important new relationships and partnerships.
