This 3-day development programme was provided as a follow-up for NHS Finance Directors and Deputy Directors who have already completed the Cass ‘Strategic Financial Leadership Programme’ (this is a prerequisite for attendance on the programme). It is designed to provide continued support to Finance Directors in today’s challenging health care environment. It seeks to engage participants in processes aimed at mind-set change, achieving transformation change, and continuing the personal development of appropriate skill sets.
