Tuesday 21 October 2008, London
Following the highly successful Monitor / HFMA conference on Service-Line Management (SLM) held in April 2008, we are pleased to announce part two of this series of conferences sharing new ideas and best practice and pointing to future SLM developments.
This event will expand on the concept further and shall include case study data and findings from a number of foundation trusts. In addition the event will have key speakers from the US and Europe.
Themes explored will include:
- How SLM is improving the clinical contribution to strategic decision making;
- How SLM is resulting in increased productivity;
- How SLM is helping shape M&A analysis; and,
- How SLR is helping improve locally negotiated contracts, especially mental health.
Hear from Monitor how SLR / SLM principles are emerging in assessment applications and hear from trusts that are pushing SLM practices to improve their market position.
We shall show how SLR / SLM has influenced Lord Darzi's Next Stage Review and hear how SLM is being used to improve patient satisfaction and patient improvement metrics, both of which lie at the heart of the drive for quality.
A full programme and booking form is available here.
