Risk ratings

Here you can find the risk ratings for the 122 NHS foundation trusts authorised as at the second quarter of 2009-10.

We publish three risk ratings for each NHS foundation trust:

financial risk rating (rated 1-5, where 1 represents the highest risk and 5 the lowest);
governance (rated red, amber or green); and
mandatory goods and services (rated red, amber or green).

Foundation trusts are only allocated risk ratings once they have been authorised for a full quarter.
