Alumni Programme
This three-day development programme is provided as a follow-up for finance directors or their deputies who have already completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Programme (this is a prerequisite for attendance on the programme) and is designed to provide continued support to finance directors in today‟s challenging healthcare environment.
It seeks to engage participants in processes aimed at both mind-set change (about what transformation change is achievable) and continuing the personal development of appropriate skill sets (in relation to change delivery, collaborative working and negotiation). The programme will be delivered by a team of Cass Faculty and practitioners from within and outside the NHS.
Topics include: the Changing NHS; risk management; and financial strategy and business model change. The course will run on 16 – 18 November 2011 and the cost is £2,400. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
