This three-day development programme was provided as a follow-up for finance directors or their deputies who have already completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Programme (this is a prerequisite for attendance on the programme) and is designed to provide continued support to finance directors in today's challenging healthcare environment.
It engaged participants in processes aimed at both mind-set change (about what transformation change is achievable) and continuing the personal development of appropriate skill sets (in relation to change delivery, collaborative working and negotiation). The programme was delivered by a team of Cass Faculty and practitioners from within and outside the NHS.
Topics included: the Changing NHS; risk management; and financial strategy and business model change.
