As part of our commitment to help foundation trusts operate effectively and efficiently, we have designed a programme that helps non-executive directors build upon their personal skills and develop a broad and comprehensive understanding of the NHS, including quality, finance, board dynamics and the strategic challenges facing the health sector.
The course was delivered by two leading business schools: Cass Business School and Manchester Business School. Over three days, participants will cover a wide range of learning modules, case study exercises and board room simulations in addition to Q&A sessions with leading NHS experts and networking opportunities. Further information on the programme can be found here.
