Monitor issues the NHS Foundation Trust Financial Reporting Manual each year. This consultation covered the proposed changes for the 2007-08 manual.
The consultation closed on Friday 7 December 2007.
Proposed changes to the 2006/07 FT FReM to update it for 2007/08 were kept to a minimum and, in the main, were required due to amendments in legislation or other guidance.
The proposed changes were published, split into two categories; major and minor, and consulted on to allow for feedback from interested parties prior to the FT FReM 2007/08 being finalised.
